Advertising Policy

Who can advertise

CourtPass may accept advertising from brands and partners whose products or services are relevant to players and clubs on the platform — including racquet sports, equipment, apparel, travel, hospitality, and related local businesses. We may decline any advertiser or creative at our discretion.

Prohibited content

Advertising must not include, among other things:

• Illegal products or services, or claims that would violate applicable law
• Misleading performance, pricing, or availability claims
• Hate, harassment, adult content, or graphic violence
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive tracking
• Impersonation of CourtPass, a club, or another brand

Placements

Where ads appear on CourtPass (search, homepage, club pages, and other surfaces) will be described in the advertiser dashboard and in any insertion order or contract. Until those products launch, this page is the public policy placeholder.

Billing and measurement

Pricing, billing currency, and reporting definitions will be set out in the campaign order or contract. CourtPass may pause or remove advertising that violates this policy, even after it has started to run.
